๑ Ability Damage is one of the player Stats. It is the damage dealt through any given item or weapon when using its ability.
Weapons with Intelligence Scaling, or Int Scaling, means that your damage will scale per intelligence point. The higher intelligence scaling, the more damage there is per point of ✎ Intelligence.

This is a Advanced Damage Calculator with more features. If one of the Custom fields fields were empty at the beginning, leave them empty once you do not use them.
Regarding the information you require, you need to get the correct Base Ability Damage and Ability Scaling. You need to get the right amount of ✎ Intelligence taken from the /sbmenu at the Stat Breakdown viewer. It needs to be accurate.
If you have other stats like Loving, experiment with the Custom Multiplicator fields. The stat increase from Loving, is a Multiplicative one. Then look for Stars, as regular normal stars give +2% per normal star, atleast to the Base Ability Damage.
There are Enchantments that can affect ability damage. You can use the Custom Additive Mul. field, to add Enchantments like Cubism etc.

While the Daedalus Axe + Chimera combo provides the most ability damage possible, this is mostly pointless as the weapon doesn't have a magic ability.
Trivia
- Some abilities deal Magic Damage that ignore the target's Armor stat.
- Dungeon Mobs takes less Magic Damage.
- Melee Dungeon Mobs have 10% Magic Resistance.
- Ranged Dungeon Mobs have 30% Magic Resistance.
- The Chaos Guardian has 80% Magic Resistance.
- Magic-type Dungeon Mobs (like the Withermancer) have 90% Magic Resistance.
- Selective Dungeon bosses and mini-bosses have some Magic Resistance.
- Necron has 99% Magic Resistance.[Confirm]
- ๑ Ability Damage can be copied from a Sheep Pet onto a weapon with Chimera.
- The Sheep Pet is the only pet that gives a specific amount of ๑ Ability Damage.
- However, some pets that give % bonuses to stats, such as the Blaze Pet, can increase it with their abilities
