Tips[]
- Due to the delay by ringing,
Queen Mismyla's contact can be used for easier item switching to a mining tool with ☯ Mining Wisdom, giving more
Mining experience when claiming a reward.
Trivia[]
- Currently, there are 55 contacts that can be added, and the maximum contact slots is 61.
Maddox the Slayer's contact was purposeless prior to 0.16 due to requiring a
Maddox Batphone to add him. Adding him as an Abiphone Contact only gave one extra inventory space.
Kaus and
Rollim will continue to call the player even if they have completed their training.- The message [✆] This NPC has an allergy to electromagnetism. It's a rare condition that isn't catalogued yet by the medicine community... is a reference to the show Better Call Saul.
- Specifically, it references a condition that Chuck McGill, the protagonist's brother, claims to have.
- Currently, there is no purpose of Maximum Discs, as Music Discs cannot be played with an Abiphone.
Udel mentioned the absence of the function in Udel's Abiphone Keynote: "It would be better if they were playable..."
- According to
Tomioka's dialogue, their great-grandfather invented the Abiphone. - It used to be possible to put a Power Scroll on an Abiphone. Upon using the Abiphone, the effect is given upon opening the menu, with the same cooldown applying to the effect as if it were any other right-click item.
- This could be used to apply its effects, such as using it before a fight for added ❁ Strength or ❂ True Defense when facing tougher mobs or ⸕ Mining Speed when mining.
- This has since been patched and is no longer possible. however, Abiphones that already had a Power Scroll applied still keep it.
Alixer is an Abiphone contact exclusive for Ⓑ Bingo profiles, which does not grant SkyBlock XP. It is unknown whether it would grant Magical Power, as Abicases are unobtainable on Bingo.
Udel used to sell Abiphones at 98.5% of their base prices, while
Nuvian sold them at 101.5% of their base prices.- Prior to 0.23.4, lower-tiered Abiphones could be traded in to reduce the coins cost on the next tier.
