Absorption

❤ Absorption is a mechanic present in vanilla Minecraft. It is expanded upon in SkyBlock.

It can be thought of as an extension of the player's ❤ Health and is affected by ❈ Defense. When damage is inflicted to ❤ Absorption, it is removed. Unlike ❤ Health, ❤ Absorption will not regenerate over time after taking damage.

Trivia

• You can regenerate Absorption if you take damage from an Obsidian Defender and get the wither debuff.
• Absorption potions cannot be used to absorb damage from the Trials of Fire.
