An Ananke Feather has a 0.3601% (1 in 277.71) chance of being obtained from a Kuudra Tier 5 (Infernal) paid reward chest. This chance can be increased by 2%–20% using the Wings of Destiny attribute (
Ananke Shard).
Salvaging Godrolls[]
Ananke Feathers can also be obtained by salvaging legacy greyed out attributes from certain items with specific attribute combinations at 
Salvage Old Attributes or in /attributemenu.
