Once the player resolves all of the protestors' complaints in the ф Barry Center, they will each move to the Barry HQ. After resolving all the complaints, Barry will gift the player a Barry's Montgray Pen.
Old Election Box[]
At the back of Barry HQ is the 
Old Election Box, which contains the 
SkyBlock Citizen Timecharm. It can be purchased for 
16x Scribe Cruxes and a 
Barry's Montgray Pen.
