The Beating Heart is a drop from any alive mob in the Blood Room of The Catacombs. This stone can be obtained on any floor.

The Beating Heart requires 
Combat XX to be used and can only be used as a Power Stone for Accessories. Combining 9 Beating Hearts at Maxwell will permanently unlock the Bloody Power for Accessories.
