Bednom

Bednom is an NPC in the ⏣ Dwarven Mines who tells his strange dreams to the player.

Mechanics[]

Bednom gains new dialogue upon talking to him on 3 separate SkyBlock Days.

On the third and final day of talking to the NPC, Bednom will say that there is a treasure buried in loose rocks next to a bridge. The player must then go to -13, 127, 57 and mine the block/gravel there. (Mine gravel near Bylma.) A chest will appear, containing the following loot:

Completing Bednom's quest will award the player with the "Nightmare" Achievement.

Nightmare Nullifier[]

The Nightmare Nullifier is obtained by giving Bednom 1x Black Coffee and waiting 1 SkyBlock Day. Bednom's quest must be completed first.

Day 1	[NPC] Bednom: I just had a very very strange dream... [NPC] Bednom: In my dream I flew out of my body, went through some kind of screen barrier. [NPC] Bednom: I turned and I could see myself standing behind that screen, right here. [NPC] Bednom: Around me were strange objects everywhere, but the strangest part was the giant. [NPC] Bednom: A Giant! Sitting in front of that screen, watching me. [NPC] Bednom: The giant seemed to speak a foreign language, they screamed "POGGERS!" [NPC] Bednom: Then I woke up in a sweat. [NPC] Bednom: I'm really upside down, I need time to think. [NPC] Bednom: Thanks for listening.
Day 2	[NPC] Bednom: I had another nightmare, very similar to the previous one. [NPC] Bednom: I could see myself behind the screen again, it looked like I was talking. [NPC] Bednom: I couldn't hear it, but the words appeared on the screen. [NPC] Bednom: The exact words I told you last time. [NPC] Bednom: So weird, so weird.... I need time to think.
Day 3	[NPC] Bednom: Once again, I had the same recurring nightmare, a little different this time. [NPC] Bednom: I was talking behind the screen again, I mentioned a treasure. [NPC] Bednom: I knew the location of a treasure right right close to a giant Dwarf Statue. [NPC] Bednom: Buried in loose rocks next to a bridge I said. [NPC] Bednom: But it makes no sense, I've never even heard of such a treasure!!
Before Finding Treasure	[NPC] Bednom: Dwarf Statue, bridge,, loose rocks, treasure...? What a strange dream...
After Finding Treasure	[NPC] Bednom: The dreams stopped, it'll forever remain a mystery.

Tips[]

Bednom will only gain new dialogue after waiting a full SkyBlock Day. It is not enough to simply talk to him again at midnight the next day.
