The Beheaded Horror is a drop from the Revenant Horror Tier III+ when the player is Zombie Slayer V or above. Its only use is to craft the Reaper Mask.
Although it is a Pray RNGesus(<1%) drop, it has a 3x higher drop rate than the Scythe Blade, the latter having a drop rate of 1/1857.
It is sold on the Auction House for about 40k coins to 50k coins
