Belly of the Beast is a Location on the ⏣ Crimson Isle where Heavy Pearls can be collected.
Tasks
When the player first enters ⏣ Belly of the Beast, they will be greeted with the following message:

The Belly of the Beast is accessed by being eaten by The Matriarch, which is located in the ⏣ Matriarch's Lair.
The Matriarch makes 
3x Heavy Pearl every 24 hours. If The Matriarch has 1 or more Heavy Pearls available, it will attempt to pull the player towards it and eat them. The player will then be transported to the ⏣ Belly of the Beast. While in the ⏣ Belly of the Beast, the player's stats are set to their default values and all effects are disabled. The player will be able to collect Heavy Pearls by hitting piles of them located around the area. Each pile gives 1 Heavy Pearl, and the player will be able to collect the amount of Heavy Pearls that are available. At the same time, stomach acid will rise in the room, dealing heavy damage if the player touches it. The player can escape the ⏣ Belly of the Beast by punching the towers of Pigs hanging from the top of the area. You do not need to obtain all of the heavy pearls if you want to escape. If the player dies to The Matriarch, there will be a 10 minute cooldown before they can be eaten again.
