Bestiary

The Bestiary (/ ˈbɛs tʃiˌɛr i, ˈbis- /) is a repository for data on most Mobs. Collecting kills on Mobs within the Bestiary rewards buffs against that mob, and contributes to the Bestiary Milestone, which grants  Health and  Combat XP.

Access

Players can access this menu with /bestiary, /be, or by going to the Combat Skill, where the icon is located at the bottom of the menu, above the "Go Back" and "Close" buttons.

Milestones

A new Milestone is achieved for every 10 new mob collections that you earn. Each milestone will grant +2  Health and some will reward  Combat XP. See the table below to see the rewards for each Milestone.

Levelling Rewards

When you kill a mob, you will unlock its collection. Upon reaching certain levels in the collection, you will unlock information about that mob's loot tables, by rarity. You can still earn drops for any tier, regardless if the info is unlocked in the Bestiary.

NOTE: Not all mobs have all rarities of loot. The table below shows which Rarity of loot is unlocked at which level of collection.

Each level also gives you +20% chance for double  Experience Orbs. Anything above 100% gives a chance for triple drops, anything above 200% gives a chance for quadruple drops, etc.

Collection Level Kill Count

The "Bosses" table apply to the Brood Mother, Arachne, Magma Cube Boss, Ashfang, Bladesoul, Mage Outlaw, Barbarian Duke X, Endstone Protector, Ender Dragon, and the Headless Horseman.

Highest Possible Bestiary Milestone

• Private island bestiaries 7 different entries each with 5 max levels -> 35
• Hub 4 entries max lvl 41 each -> 164
• Spider Den 11 entries max lvl 41 each -> 451
• The End Island 9 entries max level 41 each -> 369
• Crimson Isle 13 entries max level 41 each -> 533
• Mining Islands 17 entries max level 41 each -> 697
• The Park 3 entries max level 41 each -> 123

Added together would result in ridiculous 3725 bestiary tiers resulting in Bestiary Milestone 372; As a reward player would be awarded +744 Health and +178,660,100  Combat xp before applying any bonuses, that amount is enough to take a player from level 0 to 60 nearly 1.6 times.

Getting that much bestiary though would require player to kill a total of 255,554,300 mobs AND 41820 Bosses

Trivia

• When opening hovering over the menu, it says: "The Bestiary is a compendium of mobs in SkyBlock. It contains detailed information on loot, drops, your mob stats, and more! Kill mobs within Families to progress and earn rewards, including  Magic Find bonuses toward mobs in the family."
• There are 90 different families to find. The families are categorized by the different groups, the groups are Private Island mobs, Hub Island mobs, Spider's Den mobs, Blazing Fortress mobs, The End mobs, Deep Caverns mobs, The Park mobs, Spooky Festival mobs, and Dungeon Mobs.
• The  Combat XP given by Milestones was affected by  Combat XP buffs. This meant that with a Booster Cookie and God Potion, a player would gain 1,584,000 experience instead of 1,000,000 experience. This was removed sometime prior to version 0.11.5. An equipped pet will gain experience that can be further boosted with the Combat EXP Boost pet item and Taming skill levels.
• The Bestiary can be quickly accessed with /bestiary or /be.
