Block Zapper is an EPIC item that can be purchased via Elizabeth's Bits Shop for 5,000 Bits. It can be used on Private Islands to zap connected blocks, placing them in the player's inventory.

Usage[]
When a block on the user's Private Island is right-clicked, the Block Zapper will remove up to 164 connected blocks of the same type from the world and place it in the user's inventory. After zapping, a chat message will inform the user of how many blocks were zapped. Next to it, an Undo button allows the player to undo the previous zap.
The Block Zapper has several limitations:
- It cannot zap tile entities such as Chests and Crafting Tables.
- It cannot zap crops or blocks under crops.
- It will not fully zap all hardened clay blocks and can only zap one at a time.
- It cannot zap Prismarine type blocks.
- This may be because of issues related to Mithril.
- It can only zap blocks the player has placed.
- Blocks placed by Minions cannot be zapped.
- Blocks generated naturally (such as Cobblestone from Lava and Water) cannot be zapped.
- The item is considered fatigued and won't work if the use 20 uses ago was under 8 minutes ago.
- This cooldown is for all block zappers, so you cannot use multiple to bypass the cooldown.
- It will destroy blocks in a straight line, then loop back in a snake-like pattern until the 164 block limit is reached or all connected blocks are destroyed.
- This is useful for building farms; by building a square of dirt 164 blocks wide (ideally using the Builder's Wand), then using the Block Zapper, the player can create perfect water trenches without the need to dig blocks manually.
Trivia[]
- If you zap
Mycelium using a Block Zapper, it will turn into dirt. - When the item first came out, the Block Zapper could be abused to farm crops extremely efficiently and quickly. This has since been patched.
- Using a Block Zapper on upper-half Red Sandstone Slabs used to produce a Null item.
