The Blue Cheese Goblin Omelette is a RARE Drill upgrade module that can be obtained from forging in The Forge in the Dwarven Mines. that adds +1 level to all unlocked Heart of the Mountain perks; it's able to bypass the level cap.
Obtaining[]
The Blue Cheese Goblin Omelette can be forged once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain V (5). It requires 
96x Blue Goblin Eggs, 
1x Goblin Omelette, 
1x Flawless Sapphire Gemstone, and 20 hours to forge.

Usage[]
The Blue Cheese Goblin Omelette can be applied to any Drill via Drill Anvil, to grant the player +1 level to all unlocked Heart of the Mountain perks when the Drill is held. It can then be removed via the same menu for 9,999 coins, which gives the item back to the player.
