The Campaign Poster was only obtainable by completing a list of objectives given by 
Centauri to test different aspects
of the Better Mayors update.
Upon completion of all objectives, the following message was displayed:
ALPHA TASK COMPLETE
Congratulations on completing all the objectives on the Alpha Checklist! Your commemorative item will be delivered to you shortly. Thanks for testing!
Your reward: Campaign Poster
The Campaign Poster was delivered to players' islands via
