The Celeste Wand can be purchased from 
Rosetta for 5,000 coins after the player has reached 
Combat 5.
Usage[]
The Celeste Wand requires Combat 4 to use.
Right clicking with the Celeste Wand unleashes a lightning bolt on the location of the caster's crosshair up to 10 blocks away. Mobs struck take ๑ Ability Damage. It costs 70 ✎ Mana to use and has no cooldown.
