Usage[]
A Chisel can be used in the Fossil Excavator with 
Suspicious Scraps to find Fossils and other loot.
Forging[]
The Chisel, along with a variety of other items, can be used to forge a 
Reinforced Chisel once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain VIII. It takes 12 hours to forge.
