The Cup of Blood has a 100% chance to drop from the Lava Leech, which can be fished up from 
Lava on the ⏣ Crimson Isle. It may also occasionally be provided as a reward for completing Faction Quests.

Avorius in ⏣ Scarleton. This can be done every 3 days, and gives +5 ቾ Mage Reputation upon doing so.
