Dark Oak Log is obtainable by breaking down Dark Oak Logs in the Dark Thicket on The Park and from Dark Oak Minions.

Dark Oak Log can also be purchased from the Lumber Merchant Sprite Lumber Merchant in the ⏣ Village.

Usage[]

Dark Oak Log can be used as a basic building block on the Private Island and for some basic crafting. It is also used for crafting Dark Oak Minions and can be sold at a Merchant for 2 coins per block.

Dark Oak Log is required to upgrade the Campfire Initiate Badge to the Campfire Adept Badge. After completing the 4th Trial of Fire, Ryan requires 160 Dark Oak Logs to improve the badge.

  • Collecting Dark Oak Log with a Treecapitator is a popular way to grind Foraging experience, due to the high amount of logs in one dark oak tree. This increases the supply of Dark Oak Wood which reduces its price on the Bazaar when compared to other wood types.
