Divan's Powder Coating can be forged once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain VII (7). It requires 
32x Glossy Gemstones, 
32x Refined Minerals, 
5x Divan Fragments, 
16x Enchanted Gold Blocks, and 27 hours to forge.

Usage[]
Divan's Powder Coating can be applied to Armor of Divan pieces and to 
Pendant of Divan to grant +10 ☘ Mining Fortune each, it can also be applied to Drills to grant +500 ⸕ Mining Speed, it can only be applied once per item.
