Obtaining

The Dreadlord Sword is a rare drop from Crypt Dreadlords with a drop chance of 5%. The stats of the sword depend on the floor it is dropped from.

Usage

When the ability is used, a wither skull is shot in the direction the player is facing. The skull explodes on impact, dealing 500-750 base  Magic Damage to all mobs within 3 blocks. The ability has no cooldown and costs 40 ✎ Mana.

Bugs

• The skulls fired can move the minecart in the gold mine in such a way that you can fly in it.
• It also used to be able to move Armor Stands. This was used to move the Armor Stand from the Fashion Shop into the Event Stand to access the Fear Mongerer menu even when it is not the Spooky Festival. This has been patched.
• The skulls fired used to have the ability to destroy dropped items. This has been patched.

Trivia

• This sword's ability is based on the Dreadlord Class in Mega Walls, another Hypixel game. However, in Mega Walls, 3 skulls are fired at a time.
• Using the ability will slow the user to sneaking speed, except in versions 1.9 and above.
• The Dreadlord Sword's ability cannot be used on the player's ⏣ Private Island or ⏣ The Garden.
