Elizabeth, located in the Community Center, hosts the Community Shop, wherein she allows players to exchange Bits for exclusive items, purchase Booster Cookies for SkyBlock Gems, upgrade players Profiles, help out with City Projects, and Accounts, and purchase exclusive cosmetics in Fire Sales.
To access Elizabeth, and her associated features, players must first have 5 hours of playtime on that profile. If you attempt to access the community shop before playing for 5 hours total she will suggest you go to the Deep Caverns. There is no requirement to go to the Deep Caverns, and it is merely a suggestion to get your playtime up.

- "Hello! Welcome to SkyBlock!"
- "I have powerful items to offer, but only to experienced adventurers!"
- "Until then, I suggest visiting the Deep Caverns!"
Note: Going to the Deep Caverns is not a requirement. Instead, 5 hours of playtime is required.
City Projects that are in progress throughout the city can be contributed to by the players to gain Fame and various exclusive rewards. Presently, the Weapon smith is receiving contributions to enhance their respective features.
