The Fel Sword is an EPIC Dungeon Sword that boosts the Healer class' abilities while in dungeons. It can be crafted with a   Stick and  32x Fel Pearl.

This sword description states that it reduces the Wish ability cooldown by 10 seconds and increases the healing from the Healing Circle by 10%. The sword can be used to activate the abilities like using a Dungeon Orb, however LEFT CLICK abilities can be activated only via Drop button. Therefore, this sword is recommended for Healers to use instead of using a Dungeon Orb. The sword also has an ability that states for every hundred kills with this sword, 1 bonus weapon damage is granted, however this maxes out at 100 bonus weapon damage, or 10,000 kills.

Despite being prominently a healer weapon, it can still work extremely well in a budget berserker's build, as when maxed, it has a very high amount of damage.

Trivia

• This is one of 7 Items that take the form of a Stone Sword, the other six being the Adaptive Blade, the Earth Shard, Conjuring, the Wither Cloak Sword, Dark Claymore and the vanilla Stone Sword.
• The +100 ❁ Damage buff does not show as a weapon stat and does not stack with catacombs levels or dungeon item stars. It does, however, exist and increase damage (making a maxed Fel Sword stronger than a non-gilded 50 mil Midas' Sword outside dungeons).
  • The sword’s damage bonus works across all fel swords needing to only be maxed out once and does not transfer with the weapon to other players when traded.
  • The healing circle healing buff gives approximately +100% healing instead of +10% healing.
  • The 10 second wish cooldown was bugged and did not work properly until the 0.11.3 skyblock update.
• The displayed ❁ Damage does not include extra damage from kills.
• This sword needs to be held for the Healer buffs to work.
  • The Wish ability must be actived via pressing Drop button when holding this sword in order to reduce cooldown.
• This sword, when maxed, is able to do more damage then most mid-game swords. An example of this being the Livid Dagger.
