Usage

When wearing Fermento Armor and collecting crops, there is a chance to harvest rare crops depending on the Piece Bonus and crop. Cropie is dropped by Wheat, Carrot and Potato, Squash is dropped by Pumpkin, Melon or Cocoa Beans, Fermento is dropped by Sugar Cane, Cactus, Mushroom, and Nether Wart.

Trivia

• In its crafting recipe, Fermento Armor was displayed as needing 33x of the previous  Squash Armor piece, with 32 of them in a stack. This could crash people's game very easily and was fixed to become 32 Enchanted Brown Mushroom Blocks.
• Wearing a full set of Fermento Armor gives the "Forbidden Fruit" Achievement.
• The Fermento Armor helmet has the same helmet design as the Divan Armor helmet, Crimson Armor helmet and the Warden Helmet.
  • As with other three helmets that share this design, this armor is geared towards a specific skill (Warden Helmet, Crimson Armor: Combat) (Divan Armor: Mining) (Fermento Armor: Farming).
• While  Farming LV, combining  Rancher's Boots with 3/4  Fermento Armor will have the same ☘ Farming Fortune as full Fermento Armor, and the former will have 5 more ☘ Farming Fortune than the latter once reaching  Farming LX.
  • If all pieces are  recombobulated and reforged to  Mossy, their ☘ Farming Fortune will tie at 325. Players will have to choose either the ability to configure ✦ Speed or higher chance for  Cropie,  Squash, and  Fermento drops.
  • With the addition of Peridot Gemstones, this is no longer true. You would hypothetically need  Farming LXI for tied ☘ Farming Fortune.
