The Flaming Sword has a 1% chance to drop upon killing a Redstone Pigman.

Usage

When the Flaming Sword strikes enemies, it lights them on fire for 3 seconds, except for mobs who are immune to fire, such as the mobs in the Crimson Isle.

Trivia

• The Flaming Sword used to have a 3% chance to be obtained via the Pigman in the Blazing Fortress before it was replaced by the Crimson Isle, rendering it unobtainable for a year.
• It used to turn into a Leaping Sword at random times, but could not be auctioned during that period. This was patched, though.
