Usage[]
Reforging[]
The Flowering Bouquet can be used to apply the Blooming reforge to Equipment, most commonly used for the Lotus Set. It requires 
Mining XIII (13) to apply, however equipment with the reforge already applied can be used regardless of Mining skill level.
Composter[]
Flowering Bouquet can be used in the Composter for 6,000 Organic Matter.
