Trivia

• There used to be a bug where you could get multiple Flying Fish Pets from the same Sea Emperor by using an explosive ability like Ink Bomb or  Explosive Bow.
• The Water Bender ability might be a reference to Avatar: The Last Airbender or the Indonesian empire of Srivijaya that was famous for its ships dubbed the "Water benders".
• This pet and the  Scatha Pet are the only two pets with their lowest rarity being RARE.
• The Flying Fish Pet may be a reference to the Terraria mob of the same name.
• The Flying Fish Pet is a recoloration of the Pokémon Magikarp.
• The texture for the MYTHIC Flying Fish Pet may be a reference to Pokémon Uranium, a Pokemon fangame that features various Pokémons corrupted by radiation, including Magikarp.
• The Flying Fish Pet is the only Pet whose perks get completely revamped at MYTHIC rarity.
