Ghast Tear is a COMMON collection item. It is dropped from Ghasts and Dive Ghasts, which can be found in the Crimson Isle, or from Ghast Minions. It can also be purchased from the Alchemist for 200 coins, or the Bazaar for 192.8 coins.

Collecting ghasts increases the player's ghast collection, which grants useful items and perks upon collecting certain amounts of ghasts.
