The Ghoul Pet is a Stone Sword Combat Pet dropped by Zombie Sprite Crypt Ghouls near the ⏣ Graveyard, one of four pets obtained from mobs used in slayer quests. The other three are the Hound Pet Hound Pet, the Tarantula Pet Tarantula Pet and the Enderman Pet Enderman Pet.
