The player has a 0.767% base chance to fish up 16x Glowy Chum Bait when fishing in water. This can be doubled to yield 32x Glowy Chum Bait with the Blessing Enchantment or when using Blessed Bait.
When on the ⏣ Crimson Isle, this figure is raised to a 2.3438% chance but is further decreased on the Winter Island to 0.4839%.
Glowy Chum Bait can also be purchased from 
Moby for 
4x Glowing Mushrooms and 
1x Full Chum Bucket for 16x.
Glowy Chum Bait may also have a 0.72% chance to appear as Frozen Treasure
Usage[]
Glowy Chum Bait can be kept in either the player's inventory or Fishing Bag. When casting a Fishing Rod, a Glowy Chum Bait will be consumed to grant +25 ☂ Fishing Speed, +3 α Sea Creature Chance and the ability to add +2 Chums to the ones already dropped from a Sea Creatures. The effects last until the player reels in their rod.
