Golden Dragon Pet

The Golden Dragon Pet is a LEGENDARY pet obtained from purchasing it in a structure in ⏣ Mithril Deposits within ⏣ Crystal Hollows.

Obtaining[]

The Level 1 Golden Dragon Egg can be purchased from the Dragon residing in the Dragon's Lair located in ⏣ Mithril Deposits of ⏣ Crystal Hollows. The Dragon guards 3 eggs located next to a loot chest. The Golden Dragon Egg can be purchased by clicking one of the eggs. The Golden Dragon Egg costs:

In total, the Golden Dragon Egg costs 586,911,234 coins at current Bazaar prices, or 586,574,605 coins if the player forges perfect gemstones themselves.

Usage[]

Both the Egg and the Pet have the type of Stone Sword Combat Pet. From purchase at level 1 until level 100, the Golden Dragon Egg has no stats nor abilities, and cannot hold Pet Items.

Upon reaching level 100, it will hatch into a Level 101 Golden Dragon Pet, skipping the 100th level. When it hatches it gains its stats and perks. Upon going above Level 102, each level requires the same Pet Experience as a pet going from Level 99 to Level 100.

Trivia[]

  • The Golden Dragon Pet can give a maximum of +250% ❁ Damage if the player's bank contains 1,000,000,000 coins.
  • The damage bonus is capped at 1,000,000,000 coins, despite the maximum balance of a player's bank being 60,000,000,000 coins for a Palatial Account.
    • If it were uncapped, the damage buff would go up to +15000% ❁ Damage.
  • The Legendary Treasure perk is additive, not multiplicative.
  • The Shining Scales perk adds to the base stats of the pet. This makes it the best ✯ Magic Find pet.
  • Purchasing a Golden Dragon Egg will reward the player with the "The Dragon's Egg" Achievement.
  • It is one of the few pets to have 4 abilities at LEGENDARY rarity.
  • The Golden Dragon Pet's Legendary Treasure Perk works with all types of damage, including magic damage and damage that cannot be increased through normal means such as Precursor Eye's eye beam.
  • A level 100 Golden Dragon can never exist as the EXP requirement is 0, skipping it.
  • Oddly, only 5,555 EXP is needed specifically to get it from level 101 to 102, usually with the pet skipping level 101 altogether depending on player activity.
  • When equipped with the Ancient Golden Dragon Skin Ancient Golden Dragon Skin, the pet will display cosmetic levels, the levels gained from XP gained beyond what is required for level 200. Getting these cosmetic Pet Level ups will send a message in chat as normal.
  • This is one of six pets to grant flat ✯ Magic Find, the other pets being the Griffin Pet, Mole Pet, Goblin Pet, Black Cat Pet and the Megalodon Pet.
  • On a Co-op profile, the Shining Scales perk uses the player's personal Gold collection, but the Legendary Treasure perk uses the co-op bank account's balance.
