Obtaining

The Head of Betrayal can be obtained by talking to Jake with a   Cow Head equipped while a Cow is in his house. The Head of Betrayal will replace the Cow Head. All nearby players who also meet the requirements will receive the item.

Usage

A Head of Betrayal can be used to buy   Great Spook Gloves from the Tyashoi Alchemist.

Trivia

• It is the only item required by Tyashoi Alchemist that has isn't just a quest item, but also functions as a Helmet and contains stats.
