Old Shaman Nyko[]
Main article: Old Shaman Nyko
Old Shaman Nyko is the sole NPC located in the Howling Cave. They sell two items: True Essence, which can be used to brew True Resistance Potions, and a True Resistance Enchanted Book, which can be applied to Chestplates to grant a small increase in True Defense.
