This page outlines how to apply for wiki staff and specialist team roles. Existing applications can be viewed on the talk page.

Staff Applications

Below are the steps for creating an application for wiki staff roles.

1. First, you must read the Regulations for Staff and the Role Introduction for the role you are applying for.
2. Start your application using this link.
3. Fill out the application, making sure to include the following information.
   • Include the role you are applying for. (Ard Member, Dev Member, Rollback, Discussions Moderator, Content Moderator, Code Editor Administrator, or Bureaucrat)
   • Give a brief explanation of why you think you are fit for the role.
   • If other users have expressed support for your application, list them as well.
   • Optionally, add links that help show that you will be able to make good use of the tools granted by the role. For example, when applying for Content Moderator, you could provide links to vandalism that you have reverted.
4. The Administrator team will review your application.

Specialist Applications

Below are the steps for creating an application to join specialist teams.

1. First, please read the Introduction to Specialist Teams.
2. Start your application using this link.
3. Fill out the application, making sure to include the following information.
   • Include which specialist team role you are applying for. (Ard Member or Dev Member)
   • Give a brief explanation of how you can contribute to the team with your skills or knowledge.
   • We also appreciate supporting links to works that show your expertise.
4. An Administrator will review your application.
