Wiki Projects are sub-projects of the wiki run by groups of editors. Project groups are focused environments for participants or management of articles, templates, modules or design in the project's scope. Project groups can also provide advice for editors outside the project.
Project Noticeboard[]
The proofreading project involves reading through the larger wiki pages we host, and making sure grammar, spelling, punctuation and wording is correct and understandable.
Other aspects of the project involve making sure information is correct and updated. Feel free to contribute sources and references to help us making sure that it's correct!
Remember, anyone can join the project at any time, so if you feel ready and willing, feel free to join! We'd love members and contributors for this project.

Getting Started[]
We encourage anyone to get involved and share the fun of working with wiki projects. Here are a few ways to get started.
Starting a Project[]
To start a Project, you should speak to a staff member to get approval. After getting approval, you may start creating content on the available Project Spaces. See Project Spaces for details. A good project has clear aims, to-do items, and expected workload.
Joining an Existing Project[]
Requirements for entering to a project group is:
- Interest!
- Willingness to get pinged and updated for the duration of the project
To join a project, add your name on the list of project members in the corresponding project within the Project Noticeboard. You are also encouraged to notify us your joining in the corresponding Project Forum on Wiki Discord, so that existing members can welcome you and have you updated.
Participating a project is entirely voluntary, and a person can quit at anytime when they feel less involved.
Helping an Existing Project[]
Like wiki editing, any editor are welcomed to work on a project without joining the project. Reasons a person may want to help without joining might be:
- Only wish to contribute a little; do not wish to get too involved
- Wish to try it out first
- Do not wish to get pinged or updated throughout the project
Details[]
Project Spaces[]
A Wiki Project (WP) are spaces provided for a wiki project to discuss and work. Project Spaces for a project includes:
- Project Noticeboard
- Project Center
- Project Forum
Project Noticeboard[]
This is located on this page at #Project Noticeboard. This is a board of all projects to serve as an overview of a project. This space is important for introducing the project to new editors. Common content in this space includes the aim and motivation of the project, the project features, and the list of members.
Project Center[]
The Project Center of a WP is Hypixel SkyBlock Wiki:Wiki Project/project-name (replace project-name with the name of project).
- The content on the Project Center is unrestricted. It commonly includes the aim of the project, a to-do list of the project and their completion status, and a changelog containing important discussions and changes to the project.
- The talk page of the Project Center is the on-wiki discussion board of the project.
- The Project Center can have subpages.
Project Forum[]
The Project Forum of a WP is a forum added on the #🚀project-forums channel of the Wiki Discord. This is the main off-wiki discussion space of the project. This is a space for all editors and project members to discuss, plan, collaborate, and announce updates for the project.
Notes[]
- Wiki Projects are allowed to have their own guidelines, with compliance to the Wiki Policies.
- The Project Center serves as a portal to introduce the project to newcomers.
- If you wish, you can create Userboxes to denote project membership.
- To make your project noticeable, you can make your project page visible in talk pages by making notice templates and userboxes and by inviting editors.
- An inactive project can still be joined by any users who are interested. Note that dormant projects may be subject to deletion, with all related userboxes deleted.
