The Iceberg Dye can be obtained by killing Winter Sea Creatures.

Usage

Iceberg Dye can be applied to any vanilla Armor piece by combining the two items in an  Anvil to change the hex color of that piece to  #71A6D2. It costs 100 Bits to combine the two items.

It can also be donated to Vincent to obtain a  Bucket of Dye with a texture unique to its color.
