Kat is a NPC who resides in the Pet Care. She will look after Pets and, after a certain amount of time, upgrade the rarity of the pet. The cumulative experience of the pet will remain the same, but the level will be adjusted because higher rarity pets level up slower due to needing more experience per level.

Players can leave only one pet with Kat at a time.

Every pet has different time and costs to upgrade to their next rarities. For example, an EPIC Wolf Pet takes 5 days to upgrade to LEGENDARY, but a RARE Blue Whale Pet takes 7 days to upgrade to EPIC.

Kat refers to the passage of time in real life and not in-game.
The higher level pet, the less coins it will cost to level it up to the next rarity. The discount is 0.3% per level. Items needed to upgrade the pet and time taken are not affected by this.
An upgraded pet keeps its item and candy uses.
An upgraded pet will have its level recalculated based on its cumulative experience.
Kat Flowers can be used to increase the speed of pet sitting by 1 day per flower, and Kat Bouquets can be used to increase it by 5 days per flower.
The Bingo Pet, Grandma Wolf Pet, Griffin Pet, Kuudra Pet, Montezuma Pet and Wisp Pet cannot be upgraded by Kat and are instead upgraded through other means.
