The Kuudra Follower Relic can be obtained from the 
Kuudra Gatekeeper at the ⏣ Forgotten Skull on the ⏣ Crimson Isle. The player must be wearing full Kuudra Follower Armor, and have the Kuudra Follower Artifact and Kuudra Teeth Plaque in their inventory. After clicking on the Kuudra Gatekeeper with the conditions met and confirming, the Kuudra Follower Artifact will be upgraded into the Kuudra Follower Relic.
Bugs[]
- Although the condition says "have the
Kuudra Follower Artifact and Kuudra Teeth Plaque in their inventory", the quest can proceed even if the Artifact is in the Accessory Bag.
- In this case, the Kuudra Follower Artifact will fail to be upgraded to this tier.
- Right after the release of the Relic, there wasn't another chance to upgrade to it if the bug happened. At some point between April 20 and 23 in 2023, a player can trigger the event again with completed (SPECIAL) Kuudra Teeth Plaque without the need of wearing Kuudra Follower Armor again.
