The Kuudra Teeth Plaque is a series of items required to obtain the 
Kuudra Follower Relic and 
Kuudra Mandible.
Obtaining[]
The Exquisite Kuudra Teeth Plaque can be given by 
Drakuu when clicking them with a Golden Ball, but only after the player has obtained the Kuudra Follower Artifact.
The following steps can be done in any order:
- Talk to the
Kuudra Archeologist with at least 4,500 ✎ Intelligence. - Talk to Arch with a [Lv100] Kuudra Pet equipped.
- Talk to the Kuudra Believer and enter "decay" into the donation prompt.
- Type the line What just happened!? Is this Kuudra's real lair? to Kuudra Loremaster after speaking with them.
After completing the steps and obtaining the Decaying Kuudra Teeth Plaque, talking to the 
Kuudra Gatekeeper while wearing full 
Kuudra Follower Armor and holding the Kuudra Follower Artifact and Kuudra Teeth Plaque will upgrade the Kuudra Follower Artifact into the Kuudra Follower Relic. It will also rename the Decaying Kuudra Teeth Plaque to the Kuudra Teeth Plaque, as well as changing its rarity from COMMON to SPECIAL and apply an edition number.
Trivia[]
- In the description of the SPECIAL version there is a grammar error, despite the same word being written correctly later.
- This item comes in more rarities than any other, with the amount being 6; and additional two if it is recombobulated at the LEGENDARY and the SPECIAL variants.
