L.A.S.R.'s Eye is an EPIC Precursor Relic. It can be used to upgrade 
Necron's Blade into the Hyperion, and is also used to upgrade 
Wither Armor into 
Storm's Armor.

L.A.S.R.'s Eye has a 50% chance to be dropped from 
L.A.S.R. in The Catacombs - Floor VII (Summoned by 
The Watcher).
