The Lava Talisman is an UNCOMMON Accessory that provides full immunity to Lava. While in the ⏣ Crimson Isle, it grants 20% less damage instead.

Because of the functionality of the Lava Talisman, it is extremely useful for locations with lava such as the ⏣ Obsidian Sanctuary, and the ⏣ Crimson Isle to some extent. It is also useful for Fairy Soul hunting, as some souls are located inside lava pits.
