The Living Stillness will apply Frostbite to players, which takes 60s ϕ Rift Time from them per second. This can be prevented by wearing armor that has been 100% Living Metal applied to it, through Living Metal Capspawn, Living Metal Chestspawn, Living Metal Pantspawn, and Living Metal Bootspawn.
