The Lord Jawbus is a MYTHIC Sea Creature that can be fished up from lava on the Crimson Isle.

Spawning

The Lord Jawbus can be fished up from any Lava source on the Crimson Isle. They require  Fishing level XLV (45) or higher to be fished up, as well as the Adept Trophy Fisher title.

The base Weight for the Lord Jawbus is 8.

  • Increases its weight by 25%.

Behavior

Upon being fished up, Lord Jawbus floats in mid-air above where the bobber was when reeled in. They will summon a sphere of fire around it that damages the player upon contact while also making it invulnerable. During this, Jawbus will heal and spawn two random lava Sea Creatures Jawbus Followers to fight in Jawbus' stead. These Jawbus Followers are randomly selected sea creatures that can be fished on the Crimson Isle except Plhlegblast, Thunder, or Lord Jawbus. This healing occurs after each of the fifth of their health has been depleted for the first time. Once the followers are killed, Lord Jawbus' fire sphere will dissipate, and nearby players will be attacked by a powerful barrage of fireballs and a laser. Lord Jawbus may also throw TNT around, exploding when it hits the floor.

Tips

• If a person plans to get Lord Jawbus' aggro or want to not die because of loot share from Lord Jawbus, it is often recommended to use a Hunter Armor Set(Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond) to be invincible to Lord Jawbus.
  • This however also makes Jawbus immune to player's damage.

Trivia

• This is the strongest Sea Creature currently in the game.
• Despite the message in chat that appears when Lord Jawbus is fished up, the Sea Creature is actually MYTHIC, not LEGENDARY.
• Killing a Lord Jawbus without any assistance can unlock the "Jawbus Destroyer" in the Pandora's Box.
• Lord Jawbus' attack pattern is a reference to the True Sun God of Bloons Tower Defense.
