Obtaining

The Machine Gun Shortbow is a rare drop from all Skeleton-type mobs in Dungeons, such as the Skeleton Grunt or Skeleton Master. Similar to other Dungeon items, its stats scale based on the floor it was obtained from.

Usage

The Machine Gun Shortbow's ability, Rapid Fire, can be activated by left clicking. It does not use Mana but has a cooldown of 100 seconds. It requires  Catacombs 2 to use.

The ability causes the user to shoot arrows forward at a rate of 5 per second for 8 seconds. The arrows deal 70% of the damage they would normally. The ability continues working even when the item is not being held.

It can be used as a normal bow outside Dungeons without the required Catacombs level.

Trivia

• There was a glitch in older versions of Minecraft where you used an autoclicker with a normal bow to have somewhat the same effect.
• 12[ADMIN] Torwolf has an UNCOMMON block of Bedrock with the ability of the Machine Gun Shortbow in his ender chest.
