Master Skulls are upgradable accessories which are rare drops in every Master Catacombs Floor. They buff ❤ Health and ❁ Strength by an increasing percentage while in Master Mode.

Master Skulls can drop from Dungeon Reward Chest in any floor in Master Mode Catacombs. Higher tier skulls drop from higher floors.

Each tier of Master Skull boosts ❤ Health and ❁ Strength by a percentage in Master Mode only.

Trivia[]
- It would take 4,096 Tier 1 Skulls to make a Tier 7.
- The stat boost from different tiers used to stack, meaning it was beneficial to have one of each master skull in your Accessory Bag or inventory as it could have stacked up to +34% ❤ Health and ❁ Strength. This has been since fixed and it no longer works.
