The Matriarch, a tentacle beast can be found here, which you can enter ⏣ Belly of the Beast, obtain and collect 
Heavy Pearls.
Trivia[]
- Up to 3 Heavy Pearls through The Matriarch can be obtained every 24 hours. This limit can be bypassed by consuming the Matriarch's perfume. This item can be consumed 2 times every 24 hours and can grant up to 9 Heavy Pearls.
