Obtaining

Miner Armor is a 6Rare Loot^(≅1%) item dropping from a Miner Zombie or Miner Skeleton in the Diamond Reserve or Obsidian Sanctuary. If it is received from killing a Miner Zombie and Miner Skeleton from the Obsidian Sanctuary, it will be enchanted with Protection V.

Trivia

• Despite the confusing name of this Armor, it does not help with the process of mining at all, besides giving bonus Defense in the Deep Caverns.
• It used to drop with Protection II from Obsidian Sanctuary mobs, but it was changed to Protection IV and then changed again to Protection V.
• The ❈ Defense bonus inside of mines is 255, which is the exact limit of 1 byte.
