Mining Fortune

☘ Mining Fortune is a Gathering Stat that increases your chance to get multiple drops from mining ores, and can be increased with your

Mining level and HotM upgrades. It functions similar to many other stats, in that every 1 of it you get it adds an extra 1% chance to get double drops. Anything above 100 ☘ Mining Fortune gives a chance for triple drops, anything above 200 ☘ gives a chance for quadruple drops, etc.

Variants of ☘ Mining Fortune include ☘ Block Fortune, ☘ Ore Fortune, ☘ Dwarven Metal Fortune, and ☘ Gemstone Fortune. All of these stats stack onto regular ☘ Mining Fortune additively.

Mining Fortune does not apply when mining Stone, but it does apply when mining Cobblestone.

Increasing Base Mining Fortune

Players have 0 ☘ Mining Fortune by default. It can be increased by:

Leveling Mining, which gives (+4 ☘) every level (for a max of +240 at level 60)

Increasing Bonus Mining Fortune

Reason: Dwarven Handwarmers, Refined Dark Cacao Truffle, Magic 8 Ball, Divan's Powder Coating, Lustrous Reforge, Fortunate Festivity Carnival Perk, HotM perks have changed, need to remove the old Bal Pet 15% buff from the totals, etc.
