Motes are the main currency used in the Rift Dimension. They can be used to purchase various items from many of the NPCs in the Rift Dimension.
Obtaining[]
Motes can be obtained by coming in contact with pink particles that spawn around the Rift, which give 25 Motes and +2 ϕ Rift Time everywhere, except for ф Enigma's Crib, where they give 10 Motes. The amount of Motes given by the particles can be increased with McGrubber's Burgers. Motes can also be obtained from killing Mobs and exchanging items with 
Motes Grubber. A one-time 60,000 Motes can be claimed from Dr. Emmett at the final room after the Mirrorverse is completed.
Strategy[]
- For the ones who just joined the Rift Dimension, Leech Supremes can be good for motes (3,000 Motes per boss).
- For the ones who have secured the SkyBlock Citizen Timecharm, Autonulls (400 Motes) and Autoboots (500 Motes) in the Living Cave can be good for motes.
- For the ones who have secured the Living Timecharm already, Bacte can be good for motes (6,000 Motes per boss).
- For the ones who have secured the Globulate Timecharm and completed Reed's Quest to purchase the Rift Boat, Thralls and Fledglings in the Stillgore Château can be good for motes by crafting 160x Vampiric Melons to Enchanted Vampiric Melons and selling them (200 Motes per mob and 21,000 Motes per Enchanted Vampiric Melons). If the Enchanted Vampiric Melons are sold, each Thrall or Fledgling effectively gives 331.25 Motes.
