Mayor Nancy is a Mayor that appears if no mayor has been elected Mayor. She has no perks. She can appear for unknown reasons in certain lobbies that haven't updated, or on the Alpha Hypixel Network if there is no elected Mayor.
She also appears as the Minister if a Special Mayor is elected.
