Trivia

• The Witherborn, which is spawned from wearing a full set of Wither Armor or its variants, can be teleported to by using a Shadow Fury or a Silent Death.
• Many players choose to replace the Necron's Chestplate with cheaper alternatives such as the  Zombie Knight Chestplate and or a  Shadow Assassin Chestplate, sometimes using a  Necromancer Lord Chestplate.
• Many players choose to replace the Necron's Helmet with a  Golden or  Diamond Necron Head, Tarantula Helmet or Warden Helmet.
• Necron's Armor is geared towards damage builds, with the full set granting 160 ❁ Strength and 120 ☠ Crit Damage, the 3rd highest in the game behind Berserker and Burning+ Crimson Armor. Compared to the other Wither Armor variants, this set gives the 2nd most ❤ Effective Health, second only the Goldor's Armor.
• A Dye can be obtained from Master Mode Floor VII, which can change the color of Leather Armor to #E7413C, which is the color of Necron's Chestplate.
• Donating Necron's Armor to the Museum grants credit for all other Wither Armor variants.
