Usage

Necron's Blade can be upgraded to one of 4 refined versions:  Hyperion,  Astraea,  Scylla and  Valkyrie. Each refined version is crafted using their respective Precursor Relics dropped from Giants that spawn in The Catacombs - Floor VII blood room. Each of the refined versions specialize in different stats:

•  Hyperion grants 350 ✎ Intelligence
•  Astraea grants 250 ❈ Defense and 20 ❂ True Defense
•  Scylla grants 12% ☣ Crit Chance and 35% ☠ Crit Damage
•  Valkyrie grants 60⫽ Ferocity

Furthermore, the refined swords keep the +50% ❁ Damage to Withers ability while adding a new ability that grants the sword +1 ❁ Damage and +1 or +2 class specific stat per  Catacombs level to the sword.

Variants of Necron's Blade can also convert between each other using the appropriate Precursor Relic. For example, a  Hyperion can be converted to a  Valkyrie by using  8x Diamante's Handle.

Necron's Blade Scrolls

Main article: Necron's Blade Scrolls

Necron's Blade Scrolls are items that can be applied onto a Necron's Blade to give it abilities on right click. There are 3 scrolls:  Implosion,  Wither Shield, and  Shadow Warp. Multiple scrolls can be applied to the same blade. Applying all 3 to the same blade combines the scrolls into a different ability,  Wither Impact.

Trivia

• The 4 Refined swords all have Norse or Greek names from mythology.
• Donating any of the 4 Refined swords to the Museum gives credit for Necron's Blade (Unrefined), but donating a Necron's Blade (Unrefined) does not give credit for any of the Refined swords.
  • The best way to get credit for all 5 items with the minimum amount of donations is to donate a  Hyperion.
